What I like about the early ID images is the ability to look back and see how the project progressed from a novelty to a cohesive body of work. I have set up the page in chronological order so you can see how the experiment progressed. The choice of film was very different in the beginning, the choice of how to pose the model, the experiments with different backgrounds and lighting styles. In the end I settled on a very fixed setup and asked the subjects to let their personalities make or break the picture.
